Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your full name and email address. Your password is managed securely by Supabase and is never stored in plain text or accessible to us.

Study Activity

We track your practice sessions, including which questions you answer, the answers you select, whether each answer was correct, and how long you spend on each question. This data powers your progress tracking and performance reports.

Question Flags

If you flag a question for review, we store the issue type, any notes you provide, and which question was flagged. This is used solely to improve the question bank.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, bank details, or any other sensitive payment information. We only receive confirmation of your payment status and subscription tier from Stripe.

Usage and Error Data

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how the platform is used and to monitor performance. We use Sentry to capture and diagnose application errors. These tools may collect anonymized usage data, device type, and browser information.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Deliver the study tools and track your progress
• Process your subscription payment and manage your access tier
• Send you transactional emails (payment confirmations, account notifications)
• Diagnose bugs and improve platform reliability
• Improve the quality of practice questions based on user-submitted flags

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising.

ChangeReady relies on the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data:

We retain your account data and study activity for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@changeready.app.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under GDPR. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the CCPA. We will respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe.

ChangeReady is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@changeready.app and we will promptly delete it.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase, and access controls that limit who can view user data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of ChangeReady after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
