ChangeReady is an online exam preparation platform for the Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification. The platform is operated by Applied Ethics Consulting, LLC, doing business as ChangeReady, a limited liability company incorporated in the state of North Carolina, USA ("ChangeReady," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account or using any part of the ChangeReady platform located at changeready.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ChangeReady. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@changeready.app if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform in any way.
ChangeReady offers a free tier with limited access and a paid subscription for full platform access. Subscription fees are charged at the time of purchase and are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@changeready.app.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers before taking effect.

All content on ChangeReady — including practice questions, explanations, study materials, software, and design — is the intellectual property of Applied Ethics Consulting, LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation purposes.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
ChangeReady is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that practice questions will guarantee success on the CCMP exam.
ChangeReady is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) or any official CCMP certification body.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Applied Ethics Consulting, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
